Biography

I am a senior undergraduate student in the College of Agricultural & Life Sciences, pursuing a degree in Global Health with a certificate in Environmental Studies. I have a deep interest in the intersection of health, social justice, and environmental sustainability, and I am passionate about exploring how these areas influence public health outcomes globally. Since October of 2023, I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Passmore, where I assist with workshop coordination and data analysis for her Just Research Program. Additionally, I contribute to qualitative data analysis for a variety of other projects focused on health equity and diversity advocacy in the clinical research setting. I am currently preparing to apply for a Master of Public Health, where I wish to continue my research analyzing health equity in research– a passion that has only run deeper since joining Dr. Passmore’s team. I am from Dousman, Wisconsin and am a first-generation college student. When I am not working or in classes, I enjoy cycling classes, reading fantasy/science fiction, as well as spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking.
